Oggetto: Informativa sul trattamento dei Suoi dati personali, ai sensi dell'articolo 13 del Dlgs 196/2003, recante il codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali, e richiesta del Suo consenso al trattamento di taluni dati.

1.	Il Dlgs 196/2003 ha introdotto il codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali. In ottemperanza a quanto previsto da tale codice, il trattamento dei dati personali da parte della nostra organizzazione è improntato ai principi di correttezza, liceitá e trasparenza e di tutela della riservatezza e dei diritti dei soggetti cui i dati si riferiscono.

2.	In tale ambito, Le forniamo l'informativa prevista dall'articolo 13 Dlgs 196/2003 e Le chiediamo di esprimere il suo consenso per il trattamento dei dati personali in seguito specificati per le seguenti finalitá:
a.	gestire la sua richiesta di informazioni e/o prenotazione al fine di fornirle le indicazioni a riguardo

3.	Il conferimento dei Suoi dati è facoltativo; il loro mancato, parziale o inesatto conferimento potrebbe però avere come conseguenza l'impossibilitá di fornirLe i servizi richiesti.

4.	In qualitá di clienti o potenziali clienti, i dati oggetto di trattamento sono generalmente di natura comune, poiché consistono essenzialmente in elementi di identificazione personale. Nel caso in cui Lei dovesse indicare nei campi che non prevedono una specifica indicazione dati che, ai sensi dell'articolo 4 lettera d) Dlgs 196/2003, sono di natura sensibile ed in quanto tali meritevoli di tutele particolari, La informiamo che tali dati saranno da noi trattati nei limiti previsti dal codice della Privacy.

5.	Il trattamento di dati raccolti sará effettuato mediante strumenti cartacei e/o elettronici e comunque in conformitá alle disposizioni normative vigenti in materia.

6.	Precisiamo che la nostra organizzazione pone in atto le necessarie misure di carattere organizzativo, fisico e logico, atte a garantire la sicurezza dei dati, con particolare riferimento a quanto previsto dall'allegato B del Dpr 196/2003 Disciplinare tecnico in materia di misure minime di sicurezza.

7.	La informiamo inoltre che i dati saranno comunicati al gestore del sistema delle prenotazioni online LINEA WEB GRAFFITI 2000 S.P.A. che provvederá al loro trattamento secondo Dlgs 196/2003. Oltre che dai dipendenti della Societá, alcuni trattamenti dei Suoi dati personali potranno essere effettuati anche da soggetti terzi, con sede in Italia e/o all'estero, ai quali la nostra organizzazione affida talune attivitá (o parte di esse) funzionali alla fornitura dei servizi sopra citati. I soggetti terzi e gli Incaricati eventualmente designati riceveranno adeguate istruzioni operative, con particolare riferimento all'adozione delle misure minime di sicurezza, al fine di poter garantire la riservatezza e la sicurezza dei dati. I soggetti terzi sopra citati sono essenzialmente ricompresi nelle seguenti categorie: Societá di recupero credito, Societá che elaborano dati di traffico per la fatturazione, Societá incaricate per la stampa e la spedizione delle fatture ai clienti, Societá di Consulenza, Societá cessionarie dei crediti, Agenti e Procacciatori, Franchisee, Fornitori di servizi tecnologici, Content Provider.

8.	Le ricordiamo che potrá sempre esercitare nei nostri confronti i diritti previsti dall'articolo 7 Dlgs 196/2003 come, a titolo di esempio, aggiornamento, rettifica, cancellazione.

9.	Per esercitare tali diritti può rivolgersi al titolare del trattamento

Informationsschreiben über die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten im Sinne des Art. 13 des gesetzesvertretenden Dekrets Nr. 196/2003 (Datenschutzkodex) und Bitte um Ihre Zustimmung zur Verarbeitung dieser Daten.
1. Mit dem gesetzesvertretenden Dekret Nr. 196/2003 wurde der Datenschutzkodex zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten rechtlich festgeschrieben. Gemäß der von diesem Kodex vorgesehenen Bestimmungen garantiert unsere Firma, dass bei der Verarbeitung der personenbezogenen Daten nach den Prinzipien der Korrektheit, Zulässigkeit und Transparenz sowie des Schutzes der Privatsphäre durch Geheimhaltung und der Rechte der betroffenen Personen vorgegangen wird, auf die sich die Daten beziehen.
2. In diesem Sinne informieren wir Sie mit diesem gemäß Art. 13 des gesetztesvertretenden Dekrets Nr. 196/2003 vorgesehenen Schreiben und bitten Sie um Ihre Zustimmung zur Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten für die im Folgenden ausgeführten Zweckbestimmungen:
a. Verwaltung Ihrer Anfrage bezüglich allgemeiner Information und/oder Reservierung, um Ihnen die entsprechenden Angaben übermitteln zu können.
3. Die Mitteilung Ihrer Daten ist freiwillig. Wir weisen Sie aber darauf hin, dass eine nicht, nur teilweise oder fehlerhaft erfolgte Mitteilung zur Folge haben könnte, dass die Erledigung Ihrer Anfrage unmöglich gemacht wird.
4. In ihrer Eigenschaft als Kunde oder potentieller Kunde handelt es sich bei Ihren Daten, die zur Verarbeitung kommen, in der Regel um persönliche Daten gemeiner Natur, denn sie bestehen hauptsächlich aus Elementen, die zur persönlichen Identifizierung dienen. Falls Sie in den Feldern, in denen keine spezifische Datenangabe vorgesehen ist, angeben sollten, dass Ihre Daten im Sinne von Art. 4 Buchstabe d) des gesetzesvertretenden Dekrets 196/2003 sensibler Natur sind und als solche besonderen Schutz erfordern, informieren wir Sie, dass diese Daten von uns im Rahmen der Gesetzesverordnungen des Datenschutzkodexes verarbeitet werden.5. Die Verarbeitung der erhobenen Daten erfolgt elektronisch und/oder in Papierform und in jedem Fall unter Einhaltung der auf diesem Gebiet geltenden Gesetzesverordnungen.
6.Weiters weisen wir darauf hin, dass unsere Organisation in jedem Fall die erforderlichen organisatorischen, physischen und logischen Maßnahmen ergreift, um die Sicherheit der Daten, insbesondere unter Einhaltung der in Anlage B des Dekrets des Präsidenten der Republik 196/2003 aufgeführten Mindestsicherheitsmaßnahmen, zu gewährleisten.
7.Wir informieren Sie des Weiteren, dass Ihre Daten an folgende Stellen übermittelt werden:
dem Verantwortlichen des Informatiksystems für Online-Reservierungen LINEA WEB GRAFFITI 2000 S.P.A.
Alle angeführten Stellen werden bei der Datenverarbeitung im Sinne des Datenschutzdekrets 196/2003 vorgehen und sind in jedem Fall direkt für die Verarbeitung, die Sie mit den Daten vornehmen, verantwortlich.
Außer von Mitarbeitern unserer Firma können bestimmte Verarbeitungen Ihrer Daten auch von Dritten mit Firmensitz in Italien und/oder im Ausland vorgenommen werden, denen unsere Firme diese funktionellen Aktivitäten (oder einen Teil davon) zur Ausführung der obengenannten Dienstleistungen überträgt. Diese Dritten gehören im Wesentlichen folgenden Kategorien an: Inkassobüros, Gesellschaften, die für die Rechnungsstellungen Verkehrsdaten verarbeiten, Gesellschaften, die mit dem Druck und dem Versand von Rechnungen beauftragt sind, Consulting-Firmen, Kreditanstalten, Vertreter und Geschäftsvermittler, Franchise-Nehmer, technische Dienstleistungsbetriebe und Content Provider.
8. Wir erinnern Sie daran, dass Sie jederzeit uns gegenüber die Möglichkeit haben, Ihre Rechte gemäß Art. 7 des gesetzesvertretenden Dekrets Nr. 196/2003, beispielsweise in Form von Aktualisierung, Berichtigung oder Löschung Ihrer Daten, geltend zu machen. 
9.Zur Geltendmachung dieser Rechte können Sie sich an den Rechtsinhaber der Datenverarbeitung wenden

1.	The Lgs. Decree 196/2003 has introduced the law on the protection of personal data. In compliance with the prescriptions of this law, the treatment of personal data on the part of our organisation is organised on the basis of the principles of correct conduct, legality and transparency and protection of the confidentiality and of the rights of the persons to which the data refer.

2.	In this sphere, we provide you with the information as prescribed by article 13 of Lgs. Decree 196/2003 and we ask you to express your consent for the processing of the personal data as specified further below for the following purposes:
a.	to deal with your request for general information and/or booking in order to give you the relative information;

3.	The conferment of your data is optional; however, their partial, inexact or non-conferment could make it impossible to supply the services that you have requested.

4.	In the quality of customers or potential customers, the data that are the subject of the processing are generally of an ordinary type, since they consist essentially in elements of personal identity. Should you, in the fields that do not provide for a specific indication, communicate to us data that are of a sensitive nature, as referred to by article 4 letter d) of Lgs. Decree 196/2003, and as such needful of particular protection, we inform you that such data shall be processed by us with respect for the limits prescribed by the Privacy law.

5.	The processing of the data collected shall be carried out by means of electronic instruments and/or on hard copy and, in any case, in compliance with the legal provisions in force relative to this matter.

6.	We inform you that our organisation provides for the necessary organisational, physical and logical measures, in order to guarantee the security of the data, with particular reference to the provisions of annex B to the Pres. Decree 196/2003 Technical specifications regarding minimum security measures.

7.	We also inform you that the data shall also be communicated:
to the manager of the computerised system of online booking LINEA WEB GRAFFITI 2000 S.P.A., which will provide for their processing in compliance with the prescriptions of Lgs. Decree 196/2003.
All the subjects shall provide for the processing of the data according to Lgs. Decree 196/2003 and shall in any case be directly responsible for the processing of the data.
Apart from the employees of the Company, some processing of your personal data may also be carried out by third parties, with head office in Italy and/or abroad, to which our organisation entrusts certain activities (or parts of the same) necessary for the supply of the above-mentioned services. The said third parties are essentially members of the following categories: credit recovery companies, companies who process traffic data for invoicing, companies charged with printing and forwarding invoices to customers, consultancy firms, credit institutes, agents and brokers, franchisees, suppliers of technological services, Content Providers.

8.	We remind you that you may always exercise towards us your rights foreseen by article 7 of Lgs. Decree 196/2003 such as, for example, the updating, correction or cancellation of the data.
